Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds are NOT granted under normal circumstances.
Refunds are a last resort, not a first response.
The ONLY exception
If you purchase an asset that is genuinely broken and we cannot fix it within 7 days of purchase, you may request a refund.
"Genuinely broken" means the asset does not function on a clean install of the framework it's listed for (ESX / QBCore / QBox) — verifiable by us, not just "it doesn't work on my server".
Refund window — 7 days
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from purchase date. After 7 days, no refund requests will be accepted under any circumstance.
This window applies to every payment method (card, crypto) and every product type (scripts, bundles, VIP subscriptions).
We DO NOT refund for
- User installation issues or general lack of FiveM knowledge.
- Compatibility problems with your framework, other scripts, or your specific server configuration.
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse.
- "It doesn't work on my server" without proof the asset is broken on a clean install.
- Working assets you simply don't like.
What we WILL do
If you have an issue, open a support ticket. We will help you install the asset, fix bugs, or resolve compatibility issues. We work hard to make every purchase succeed.
Most issues that customers initially treat as "needs a refund" are actually solved in support within an hour. Open the ticket first — that's our fastest path to making things right.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us results in a permanent ban from FIVEM Assets, revocation of all licenses you've purchased, and may be reported to other partnered marketplaces.
If you have a legitimate dispute, open a support ticket first. We almost always resolve issues without you needing to involve your bank.
