The fastest way to reach us. Open a ticket in #support and a staff member will pick it up, usually within an hour.
For anything that doesn't fit a Discord ticket, or if you don't use Discord:
We typically respond within one business day.
Response times
- Discord tickets: typically under 1 hour during active hours, up to 24 hours overnight.
- Email: within one business day.
- Refunds: initial response within 24 hours; processing time depends on the payment method (see the Refund Policy).
- DMCA / legal: 24-48 hours.
Refund requests
Refunds go through Discord tickets. Include your order ID and the reason; we'll respond within 24 hours. Full eligibility rules live in our Refund Policy.
